产品介绍微溶于水，溶于丙酮、甲醇、乙醇(沸腾下)、碱和溶纤素，微溶于苯、四氯化碳、甲苯、二甲苯、吡啶、二硫化碳和冰乙酸，不溶于乙醇(冷)、斯淘特溶剂，溶于碱液呈蓝紫色，遇浓硫酸呈黄光红色，稀释后产生红光黄色沉淀，遇氢氧化钠为紫色。110℃升华(0.27kPa)。半数致死量(小鼠，腹腔)500mg/kg.
生化机理Alizarin (1, 2-dihydroxyanthraquinone) is an anthraquinone dye and acts as a main chromophore of madder dye. It is used as a dye in the production of lake pigments. Alizarin is a key constituent in extracts of roots of various members of Rubiaceae, Morinda, Gallium, Oldenlandia families.
