产品介绍	Pregnenolone is an endogenous neurosteroid that is involved in the steroidogenesis of progesterone, glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids, androgens, and estrogens, making it a prohormone. It has been observed to inhibit GABA-gated chloride currents by enhancing receptor desensitization. Pregnenolone is an inhibitor of GABA Receptor and an activator of PXR.
备注	Pregnenolone is an endogenous steroid hormone for inhibition of M1 receptor- and M3 receptor-mediated currents with IC50 of 11.4 ?M and 6.0 ?M, respectively.
