生化机理 | Thiamine pyrophosphate is a coenzyme of transketolase that catalyzes the cleavage of ribulose-5-phosphate; thereby forming D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosph?ate. This reaction requires the addition of an acceptor aldehyde such as ribose-5-phosphate, glyceraldehye or glycolaldehyde. The enzyme is also capable of decarboxylating hydroxypyruvate in the presence of an ′acceptor aldehyde′. |
