The Goat anti-mouse IgG immunomagnetic beads, conjugated with Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody, it can bind mouse IgG. The complex is removed from the solution manually against a Magnetic separation device. The bound proteins are dissociated from the Immunomagnetic beads using an Elution Buffer.
