产品介绍Cilnidipine是一种钙离子通道抑制剂。It is a dual blocker of L-type voltage-gated calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle and N-type calcium channels in sympathetic nerve terminals that supply blood vessels.

生化机理Cilnidipine is a dual L- and N-type calcium channel blocker and displays antihypertensive, sympatholytic and neuroprotective activity. Cilnidipine has displayed renal and vascular protective effects and improved baroreflex sensitivity in patients with hypertension. It has also demonstrated neuroprotective effects in a rat focal brain ischemia model by removing free radicals and activating the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase pathway.
