| 生化机理 | Lersivirine (UK-453061) is a next-generation non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) under development for the treatment of HIV-1 infection. Lersivirine prevents HIV from entering the nucleus of healthy CD4 cells. This prevents the cells from producing new virus and decreases the amount of virus in the body. Lersivirine, a weak inducer of the cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzyme CYP3A4, is metabolized by CYP3A4 and UDP glucuronosyltransferase 2B7 (UGT2B7). |
