| 产品介绍 | Domoic acid is an analogue of the neurotransmitter glutamate. Domoic acid, is an effective excitatory neurotransmitter that activates kainate subtype glutamate receptors. Research shows that Domoic acid enhances the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2) and other brain inflammatory genes. Domoic acid is structurally analogous to Kainic acid, displays the highest binding activity for AMPA in comparison to Domoic acid derivatives, and has been used in affinity chromatography to study Kainic acid. Domoic acid is an activator of GluR and KA. |
